• Notification Period: Customers have 7 days to inform InterMed Medical Pty Ltd of any issues related to received orders.
• Return Procedure: For stock ordered in error, customers should email orders@intermedmedical.com.au with the reason for the return. Upon review and approval, they will receive a Return Goods Authority (RGA) form to send back with the goods at their expense.
• Restocking Fee: If the return is due to customer error, a 15% restocking fee (capped at $100.00) will be charged for processing the returns, and any freight charges will not be credited.
• Terms and Conditions: These conditions are included in our terms and conditions of sale.
• Condition of Returns: All returns must be sent back to InterMed Medical Pty Ltd to ensure they are unopened and in original condition.
